Du verbindest strategische Beratungs-kompetenz, Marktverständnis und Führungs-erfahrung und hast Freude daran, eine Rolle mit Gestaltungsspielraum eigenständig weiter-zuentwickeln und mitzuprägen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Führungsteam Strategie, Leistungen und Angebote der Agentur weiter
  • Du erkennst Entwicklungspotenziale und bringst neue Impulse in Strukturen, Arbeitsweisen und Zusammenarbeit ein
  • Du repräsentierst die Stämpfli Agentur gegenüber Kundinnen und Kunden, Partnern und weiteren Stakeholdern und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Akquise neuer Kunden
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter und gewinnst neue Mandate
  • Du berätst Kundinnen und Kunden auf strategischer Ebene und führst anspruchsvolle Mandate als Senior Berater
  • Du behältst Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Rentabilität von Projekten und Leistungen im Blick

Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Bereichen Kommunikation und Marketing, ergänzt mit einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung oder entsprechender Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige, ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung in einer Agentur
  • mit Freude daran, Bestehendes weiterzuentwickeln und neue Wege mitzugestalten
  • du bringst Verkaufsflair mit und vernetzt dich gerne
  • du hast Erfahrung in der strategischen Markenberatung
  •  Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Die Fähigkeit, auch in offenen Situationen Orientierung zu schaffen
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Gestaltungswille, Pragmatismus und Umsetzungsstärke
