Nous cherchons un/e Head of Supply Chain (H/F)

Rattaché(e) au CEO, vous prenez la responsabilité de l'ensemble de la Supply Chain : Achats, Planification, Ordonnancement, Stocks et Administration des ventes. À la tête d'une équipe d'environ 20 collaborateurs, vous garantissez la fluidité des flux, l'excellence opérationnelle et la satisfaction client.

Description du poste ##

Votre mission

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie Supply Chain en adéquation avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Manager, développer et fédérer une équipe d'environ 20 personnes autour d'une vision commune.
  • Piloter les processus S&OP et MPS afin d'aligner la demande, les capacités et les ressources.
  • Optimiser les stocks, les flux et les niveaux de service pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise.
  • Accompagner les projets de transformation, de digitalisation et d'amélioration continue.
  • Contribuer activement aux décisions stratégiques en tant que membre du Comité de Direction

Profil ##

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage d'une Supply Chain industrielle.
  • Solide maîtrise des processus de planification, des flux et des ERP, idéalement SAP.
  • Vision stratégique, pragmatisme et forte orientation résultats.
  • Goût du terrain, sens des responsabilités et esprit entrepreneurial.
