Möchtest du Verantwortung übernehmen und mehrere zentrale Unternehmensbereiche mitgestalten? Dabei arbeitest du eng mit zahlreichen internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen zusammen.

 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Entwicklung der Bereiche Supply Chain & Procurement, QHSE sowie Facility & Warehouse mit rund 10 Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für eine wirtschaftliche und kundenorientierte Supply Chain Strategie sowie das operative Lieferanten- und Logistikmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitäts-, Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards sowie der relevanten Zertifizierungen (insbesondere ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die lokale Zoll- und Aussenwirtschaftsorganisation inklusive regelkonformer Prozesse, Dokumentation und interner Kontrollen
  • Steuerung des Risikomanagements sowie Erhebung und Analyse von Kennzahlen mit Einleitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen
  • Planung und Steuerung von Budgets und Investitionen sowie Realisierung von Infrastruktur- und Optimierungsprojekten an unserem Standort
  • Förderung einer leistungsorientierten Teamkultur und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, internationalen Konzernstellen sowie externen Partnern

 

Dein Profil:

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung, ergänzt durch eine höhere betriebswirtschaftliche/technische Ausbildung (HF/FH/Universität) oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Einkauf & Operations
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Führungs- und Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management & Procurement oder Operations
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen in der Steuerung von Lieferanten, Ausschreibungen und Projekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP), Lieferantenmanagement, Vertragswesen, Zoll/Aussenwirtschaft und Prozessoptimierung
  • Kenntnisse in Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement sowie Arbeitssicherheit (inkl. ISO-Standards), ESG- und Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen sind von grossem Vorteil
  • Unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Umsetzungsstärke, grossem Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein, analytischem und lösungsorientiertem Denkvermögen sowie einem motivierenden, wertschätzenden Führungsstil
