Wir entwickeln Media\- und Kommunikationsstrategien für unsere Kunden – mit hohem Anspruch an Qualität, Wirkung und Beratung. Lineares TV, CTV, BVOD, YouTube etc. wachsen zunehmend zu einer gemeinsamen Bewegtbildwelt zusammen. Genau an dieser Schnittstelle suchen wir Dich per Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung als Head of TV / Video, Mitglied der erweiterten Geschäftsleitung, (m/w/d) 100% Deine Aufgabe Du übernimmst die fachliche und organisatorische Führung des TV\-/Video Mediaplaner Teams und entwickelst die Bewegtbildkompetenz von TWmedia strategisch weiter. Du denkst TV und digitale Videoangebote als integrierte Bewegtbildwelt und entwickelst daraus wirkungsvolle Cross\-Screen\-Strategien für unsere Kunden. Dabei bist Du strategischer Sparringspartner, aber ebenso nah an der Umsetzung. Was Du bei uns bewegst Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Mediaplanung TV/Video und der Cross\-Screen\-Planung Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter Bewegtbildstrategien über lineares TV, CTV, BVOD und digitale Videoangebote zusammen mit unseren Online\-Spezialisten Analyse von Zielgruppen, Mediennutzung und Angeboten sowie Ableitung konkreter Empfehlungen Planung, Umsetzung, Kontrolle und Optimierung von TV\-/Bewegtbildkampagnen Führung der Jahresverhandlungen mit relevanten TV\- und Bewegtbildanbietern sowie Verantwortung für das entsprechende Volumen Beobachtung und Bewertung von Markttrends, Innovationen und neuen Werbeangeboten Aktive Mitarbeit bei Pitches, Kundenpräsentationen sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Tools und Prozessen Was Du mitbringst Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mediaplanung und fundierte Kompetenz in TV/Bewegtbild Sehr gutes Verständnis von linearem TV und digitalen Videoangeboten sowie deren Zusammenspiel Strategisches Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten Erfahrung in der Planung und Optimierung von Bewegtbildkampagnen Führungserfahrung oder das Potential sowie den Willen, ein Team zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke Interesse an technologischen und marktseitigen Entwicklungen im Bewegtbild Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hands\-on\-Mentalität und Freude daran, Dinge voranzutreiben Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten TV\-Planungs\- und Einkaufstools (EvoAd, Analytics, Publiplan, MediaPro) sowie der MS\-Office\-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau Was Dich bei TWmedia erwartet Eine verantwortungsvolle Schlüsselposition mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum Die Möglichkeit, TV/Video und Cross\-Screen\-Planung aktiv mitzuprägen Kurze Entscheidungswege und direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung Ein engagiertes, interdisziplinäres Team und eine offene Arbeitskultur Persönliche Weiterentwicklung und Weiterbildung Attraktiver Arbeitsplatz an zentraler Lage in Basel sowie fortschrittliche Anstellungsbedingungen Klingt nach Deiner nächsten Aufgabe?
