Im Rahmen einer Wachstumsphase suchen wir für den Schweizer Markt eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Freelance Healthcare Project Manager (m/w/d).

Job Description ##

  • Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Marketing-, Kommunikations- und Healthcare-Projekten im Schweizer Gesundheitsmarkt
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Suchtzentren, niedergelassenen Ärzt:innen, Apotheken sowie weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern im Bereich spezialisierter Therapien
  • Steuerung von Marktforschungsprojekten inklusive Briefing, Dienstleistermanagement, Zeitplanung und Ergebnisaufbereitung
  • Organisation, Koordination und Nachbereitung von Fachveranstaltungen, Workshops, Advisory Boards und Kongressaktivitäten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Key Opinion Leaders, externen Expert:innen, Agenturen und weiteren Partnern
  • Koordination wissenschaftlicher Veranstaltungen und externer Termine im Rahmen laufender Projekte
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Funktionen wie Marketing, Medical Affairs, Vertrieb, Market Access, Management sowie Compliance und Legal

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement innerhalb der Pharma-, Healthcare- oder Life-Science-Branche
  • Alternativ relevante Erfahrung in einer Healthcare- oder Kommunikationsagentur
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitsmarktes sowie der dortigen regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Marketing-, Kommunikations-, Veranstaltungs- oder Marktforschungsprojekten
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Stakeholder-Management
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse
  • Eine Qualifikation als Pharmareferent:in ist von Vorteil
