HEIZWERKFÜHRER (m/w/d)

Der Verein für Abfallentsorgung (www.vfa-buchs.ch) betreibt die Kehrichtverbrennungs anlage und beschäftigt sich mit der umweltschonenden Behandlung und sinnvollen Verwertung von Abfällen. Die daraus gewonnene Verbrennungswärme wird zur Erzeugung von Ferndampf, Fernwärme und Strom genutzt und hilft mit, die regionale Energieversorgung sicherzustellen.

Ihre Herausforderung: Der ununterbrochene, effiziente Betrieb der komplexen Anlage ist von entscheidender Bedeutung. Zusammen mit Ihren Kollegen stellen Sie die kontinuierliche thermische Verwertung der Abfälle/Wertstoffe sicher und garantieren damit die zuverlässige regionale Energieversorgung unserer Kunden. Sie sind bereit, im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten und sich fachspezifisch weiterzubilden.

Das bringen Sie mit: Sie verfügen über eine technische Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Mechanik oder Elektrik und sind zwischen 30 und 40 Jahre alt. Voraussetzung sind ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine umsichtige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit. Erfahrung mit dem Betrieb von industriellen Anlagen ist hilfreich.

Perspektiven: Nach einer gründlichen Einarbeitung während des Schichtbetriebs übernehmen Sie zunehmend mehr Verantwortung. Zu den erweiterten Aufgaben in der Anlage gehören die Inbetriebsetzung und Ausserbetriebnahme, sowie Wartungs-, Unterhalts- und Reinigungsarbeiten. Die Ausbildung zum Heizwerkführer schliessen Sie nach etwa drei Jahren mit der eidgenössischen Prüfung ab. Um zu gegebener Zeit die Position eines Heizwerkführers übernehmen zu können, ist ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung, Einsatzwillen und Belastbarkeit notwendig. Ebenso wichtig sind Führungspotential und soziale Kompetenzen. Zu Ihren Stärken zählen Begeisterungs fähigkeit, eine Hands-on-Mentalität und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
