Helpdesk Mitarbeiter / Support Engineer(80\-100%) – Standort St. Deine Aufgaben Du kümmerst dich um 1st und 2nd Level Support (Remote \& Onsite) Du betreust Windows Clients und Server Du verwaltest Benutzer und Rechte (Microsoft 365 / Entra ID) Du installierst und konfigurierst Arbeitsplätze (Modern Workplace / On\-Prem) Du unterstützt bei Netzwerkthemen Du arbeitest bei kleineren Projekten mit Du dokumentierst im Ticketsystem Dein Profil Abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung oder vergleichbar Erfahrung im IT Support (von Vorteil im MSP\-Umfeld) Gute Kenntnisse mit Microsoft 365, Cloud, Windows Client und Server Umgebungen Grundlegendes Verständnis für Netzwerk, Virtualisierung und Security Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative Selbstständige und saubere Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch und Italienisch von Vorteil Führerausweis Kat.
