Für eine Institution im Berner Oberland suchen wir Pflegefachpersonen, die nicht nur einen neuen Arbeitsplatz, sondern eine längerfristige berufliche Perspektive suchen. Besonders interessant ist die Stelle für FaGe EFZ mit Ambitionen: Du kannst deine HF-Ausbildung absolvieren, deine fachlichen Kompetenzen ausbauen und dir damit die Grundlage für weitere Karriereschritte schaffen. Für bereits Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF besteht die Möglichkeit, direkt Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich in Richtung stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung weiterzuentwickeln.

  • Arbeite weiterhin direkt in der Pflege und entwickle deine fachlichen Kompetenzen im Arbeitsalltag weiter
  • Übernimm mit wachsender Erfahrung zusätzliche Verantwortung und bringe dich in die Weiterentwicklung des Pflegebereichs ein
  • Nutze als FaGe EFZ die Möglichkeit, dich zur Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF weiterzubilden und damit den nächsten fachlichen Karriereschritt einzuschlagen
  • Entwickle dich langfristig in Richtung Fach- oder Führungsfunktion - für Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen bietet sich eine Perspektive bis zur stellvertretenden Leitung Pflege

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
  • Motivation, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und schrittweise zusätzliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Freude an der direkten Pflege sowie Interesse an organisatorischen und übergeordneten Aufgaben
  • Zuverlässige, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, aktiv an deiner beruflichen Entwicklung zu arbeiten
