**Aufgaben**

* Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Polizeirechtstagung vom 4. Juni 2027 * Überarbeitung und Aktualisierung von Unterrichtsmaterialien * Literaturrecherchen im Hinblick auf Veröffentlichungen * Unter Umständen Mitwirkung bei der Vorkorrektur von Probeklausuren im Einführungsstudium * Administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben (Website) * Punktuelle Mitarbeit in Forschungsprojekten

**Anforderungen**

* Bachelorprüfung Strafrecht II + III absolviert * Interesse an aktuellen strafrechtlichen sowie rechts- und gesellschaftspolitischen Fragen * Gewandtheit im schriftlichen Ausdruck, präzise Denk- und Arbeitsweise * Flair für Büroarbeit; fortgeschrittener Umgang mit Microsoft Word und Powerpoint; Excel-Grundkenntnisse * Bereitschaft für flexible Einsätze innerhalb des Arbeitspensums im Rahmen von Gleit- bzw. Jahresarbeitszeit * im Idealfall: (zukünftige) Ausrichtung des Masterstudiums auf Fächer der Abteilung (Kriminologie, Straf- und Massnahmenvollzug, Strafsanktionenrecht, Jugendstrafrecht, Polizeirecht, Kriminalpolitik, Menschenrechte, Migrationsrecht)

**Rahmenbedingung**

* Anstellung nach kantonalem Recht * Mitarbeit in einem Team von circa 10 Personen; Einblick in das wissenschaftliche Arbeiten * Zentraler Arbeitsort in Bern (Uni S, Nähe Hauptbahnhof); Arbeitsplatz in Pool- oder Dreierbüro * Überwiegend flexibel einteilbare Arbeitszeiten
