Das Restaurant \<\<Flavour Kitchen\>\> befindet sich im Gebäude VZ Werd in Zürich und lädt seine Gäste in einem urbanen Ambiente zum Verweilen ein. Im Restaurant mit Thekenkonzept können unsere Gäste frisch zubereitete, saisonalen Tagesbowls sowie die beliebten Signature Dishis geniessen und sich von unserem breiten vegetarischen und veganen Angebot überzeugen. An der Kaffee-Bar verwöhnen wir unsere Gäste mit erstklassigem Barista Kaffee sowie mit frischen Backwaren inspired by John Baker. Das Restaurant verfügt über 150 Sitzplätze und einer Terrasse mit 80 Sitzplätze. Bist du unser neues Teammitglied, welches uns als Hilfsköchin / Hilfskoch: (60%) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung unterstützt? Du arbeitest in einem 60%-Pensum auf Stundenlohnbasis zwischen Montag und Freitag, in der Regel von 07:00 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr, von 09:00 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr oder von 10:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr, wobei die Arbeitszeiten bei Caterings variieren können.

Dein Aufgabenmenü: ------------------

  • Mitarbeit auf dem zugeteilten Posten in der kalten und warmen Küche
  • Zubereitung des Salatbuffets
  • Erstellung der Mise en place
  • Sicherstellung des Nachschubs an den Menülinien
  • Reinigung des Restaurant inklusive der Toiletten
  • Mithilfe in der Abweaschküche
  • Mithilfe bei Caterings
  • Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Arbeitsumfeld
  • Erledigung von allgemeinen Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und ZFV-Richtlinien (Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheit, Dienstleistung etc.)
