Hilfskoch:Hilfsköchin Dort arbeiten, wo andere ihre Winterferien verbringen. Für die Wintersaison 2026/27 suchen wir eine:n Hilfskoch/\-köchin für unsere The Wall Bar auf dem Eigergletscher. Als führendes Unternehmen im Alpentourismus erschliessen wir den Erlebnisraum in der Jungfrau Region und gestalten ihn aktiv mit. Rund 1'000 Mitarbeitende leben tagtäglich unsere Marke «Top of Europe» und entwickeln die Jungfraubahnen als grösste Bergbahngruppe im Tourismus zu einem integrierten Freizeit\- und Serviceunternehmen weiter. Dort arbeiten, wo andere ihre Winterferien verbringen. Die The Wall Bar auf dem Eigergletscher ist Treffpunkt für Wintersportler:innen aus aller Welt und bietet ein einzigartiges Arbeitsumfeld direkt am Fuss von Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau. Für die Wintersaison vom 14\. Dezember 2026 bis 4\. April 2027 suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne anpackt, auch in lebhaften Momenten den Überblick behält und gemeinsam mit dem Team unvergessliche Gästeerlebnisse schafft. Hilfskoch:Hilfsköchin Deine Aufgaben: Vorbereitung \& Unterstützung: Du unterstützt das Küchenteam bei den täglichen Vorbereitungsarbeiten und stellst das Mise en Place sicher. Einfache Speisenzubereitung: Du bereitest kalte und warme Speisen nach Vorgaben zu und richtest diese ansprechend an. Mithilfe im Tagesgeschäft: Du unterstützt das Team während den Servicezeiten und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Qualitäts\- \& Hygienestandards: Du hältst die Hygiene\- und HACCP\-Richtlinien konsequent ein. Warenbewirtschaftung: Du hilfst bei der Warenannahme, Lagerung und sachgerechten Verarbeitung der Lebensmittel. Reinigung \& Ordnung: Du sorgst für Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Küche und im Backoffice\-Bereich. Das bringst du mit: Erfahrung in der Küche oder Gastronomie, idealerweise in einem saisonalen oder stark frequentierten Betrieb. Freude an praktischer Arbeit und am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln. Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen. Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie eine rasche Auffassungsgabe. Teamfähigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft mit einer positiven Grundeinstellung. Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
