Mit seiner Lage auf 2570 m über Meer ist das Vorab Gletscherrestaurant das höchstgelegenste Restaurant im Gebiet Flims Laax Falera, mit 350 Innen- und 450 Terrassensitzplätzen. Die wohlverdiente Pause kann hier auf der grossen Sonnenterrasse, zum Beispiel bei einer Penne Vorab, mit Aussicht auf die Gletscherabfahrt genossen werden. Einfach Platz nehmen, mit der LAAX App bestellen und unsere Runner bringen das Essen direkt an den Tisch.

Was du bewegst

  • Du unterstützt unser Küchenteam tatkräftig bei der Zubereitung und Ausgabe unserer Speisen
  • Du übernimmst einfache Vorbereitungsarbeiten und sorgst für eine gute Mise en Place
  • Du hilfst bei der Warenannahme, Lagerung und beim Auffüllen der benötigten Lebensmittel und Materialien
  • Du sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Küche und den Arbeitsbereichen
  • Du hältst unsere Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards zuverlässig ein
  • Du unterstützt bei Bedarf auch ausserhalb der Küche und packst dort mit an, wo gerade Hilfe benötigt wird
  • Auch zu Stosszeiten arbeitest du effizient und behältst den Überblick

Was dich ausmacht

  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Küche oder Gastronomie mit - motivierte Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und arbeitest sauber und sorgfältig
  • Du bist zuverlässig, belastbar und arbeitest gerne praktisch mit
  • Du bist flexibel und bereit, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und unterstützt deine Kolleg, wenn es darauf ankommt
  • Du behältst auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und eine positive Einstellung
