Aufgaben ##

  • Du unterstützt bei der Selektion und dem Eintritt von Lernenden/Studierenden in der Pflege.
  • Du wickelst die administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben des Bereichs Fort- und Weiterbildung ab.
  • Du erfasst und mutierst Daten im Bildungsportal und unterstützt bei der Kursadministration inkl. Vorbereitung der Schulzimmer.
  • Du hilfst mit bei der Organisation von Schnupperpraktika, Infotagen, Elternabend etc.
  • Du erledigst Sekretariats-, Administrations sowie Post- und Telefonarbeiten und führst und pflegst die Datenbank der Lernenden/Studierenden.

Profil ##

  • Besuch der Handelsmittelschule Büelrain, Enge oder Hottingen
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Engagement, Belastbarkeit
  • Zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft
