Für ein Familienunternehmen in Steinhausen suchen wir eine Hochbauzeichnerin oder einen Hochbauzeichner bzw. eine Architektin oder einen Architekten. Das Unternehmen plant und realisiert seit 1995 Wohnbauten im ökologischen Holzsystembau -- Einfamilienhäuser, Mehrfamilienhäuser, Aufstockungen, Anbauten und Umbauten -- als Planer und als Gesamtleister bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe. Planung, Elementbau und Bauleitung sitzen am selben Standort. Die Architektur soll klar, praktisch und kosteneffizient im Detail sein.

Sie erstellen Projekt-, Eingabe-, Werk- und Detailpläne für Holz- und Hybridbauten. Sie setzen Entwürfe in ausführbare Pläne um, stimmen sich mit interner Bau- und Projektleitung sowie mit Statik, Haustechnik und Produktion ab und begleiten die Projekte von der Planung in die Ausführung. Je nach Profil und Pensum übernehmen Sie auch Baueingaben, Koordination der Fachplanergrundlagen und die konstruktive Durcharbeitung von Standard- und Sonderdetails im Holzsystembau.

Gesucht wird eine Person mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung als Zeichner/in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur (Hochbauzeichner/in) oder mit Architekturstudium bzw. vergleichbarer Qualifikation. CAD-Erfahrung ist zentral, idealerweise ArchiCAD oder ein vergleichbares Planungswerkzeug. Freude an konstruktivem Holzbau, eine selbständige und teamfähige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden erwartet. Erfahrung in Werkplanung, Baueingabe oder Elementbau ist von Vorteil. Pensum 60 - 100 %, Arbeitsort Steinhausen, gute ÖV-Anbindung.
