Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für die Bearbeitung von neuen und bestehenden, attraktiven und anspruchsvollen Projekten eine(n) starke(n) und fachkompetente(n)    Hochbauzeichner/In oder Techniker/In 80-100% mit Schwerpunkt Ausführungs- und Detailplanung   Als teamfähige, engagierte und belastbare Person betreuen Sie anspruchsvolle, individuelle und spannende Projekte mit Schwerpunkt im Wohnungsbau. Ihre Stärken liegen in der Ausführungsplanung und der Umsetzung von anspruchsvollen technischen Detaillösungen kombiniert mit einem hohen Anspruch an Ästhetik.   Unsere Anforderungen: \- Sie weisen eine Ausbildung als dipl. eidg. Hochbauzeichner/In oder Techniker/In aus, verfügen bereits über einige Jahre Erfahrung in Ausführungs- und Detailpläne und besitzen ein ausgeprägtes architektonisches und konstruktives Verständnis.

\- Selbstverantwortliche Betreuung der zugeteilten Planungsaufträge unter Einahltung der gültigen Normen und Richtlinien (SIA/EN/VSS/SUVA etc.)

\- Abklärungen, Treffen bei Ämtern, Behörden und Besprechungen mit Fachplanern- / Spezialisten \- Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse im CAD (ArchiCAD inkl. 3D). 

\- Motiviertes Auftreten sowie selbständiges Arbeiten zählen Sie auch zu Ihren Stärken
