Für den Fachstab Wirtschaftliche Hilfe im Sozialzentrum Wipkingerplatz suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung befristet bis 31\. Dezember 2027 eine motivierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen den Fachstab bei der Erstellung und Entwicklung von Fachgrundlagen und bei der Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Fachinformationen, Berichten und Praxishilfen im Bereich der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe.
  • Sie bearbeiten Aufträge im Zusammenhang mit einem neuen Fallführungssystem und unterstützten so ein bürger\*innennahes, effizientes und korrektes Verwaltungshandeln.
  • Sie beraten mit Unterstützung Ihrer Teamkolleg\*Innen, Mitarbeitende und Kaderangehörige im Erhalt und der Entwicklung des fachspezifischen Wissens, der Qualität der Dienstleistungen und in der Umsetzung neuer Vorgaben und Richtlinien.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten und arbeiten in Arbeitsgruppen sowie Gremien mit.
  • Sie erhalten einen Einblick in die Arbeit und die Organisation des grössten Sozialdienstes in der Schweiz und lernen die Abläufe innerhalb eines städtischen Verwaltungskontextes kennen.

Profil

  • Sie verfügen über einen Masterabschluss in Sozial\-, Rechts\-, Wirtschafts\- oder Geisteswissenschaften.
  • Sie haben Interesse, Aufgaben und Projekte interdisziplinär anzugehen und unter Berücksichtigung sozialpolitischer, rechtlicher, betriebswirtschaftlicher und technischer Betrachtungsweisen optimale Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Sie besitzen methodische Fähigkeiten zur strukturierten Bearbeitung von Aufgaben.
  • Sie haben Freude an der Projektarbeit und unterstützen bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten.
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute IT\-Kenntnisse.
