  • Bei der Rekrutierung von Fachkräften administrativ unterstützen (z. B. beim Erstellen von Stellenausschreibungen, bei der Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen und im Bewerbungsmanagement)
  • Den Rekrutierungsprozess von Hochschulpraktikant/\-innen im BIT in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vorgesetzten führen und in der HR\- agieren
  • Die monatliche Willkommensveranstaltung für neue Mitarbeitende organisieren und bei der Durchführung mitwirken
  • Die HR Business Partner/\-innen bei ihren operativen Kernaufgaben unterstützen sowie eingehende Anfragen von Mitarbeiter/\-innen in deutscher Sprache bearbeiten und beantworten können (inklusive Abklärungen und Recherchen)
  • Daten analysieren und interpretieren sowie Reports zuhanden von verschiedenen Stakeholder/\-innen erstellen

  • Bei Stellenantritt höchstens 18 Monate zurückliegende höhere Ausbildung (Bachelor\-/Masterabschluss)
  • Proaktive, selbstständige und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise; Organisationstalent und fähig, in komplexen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten; kritische Fragen stellen können/wollen
  • Kommunikativ und gewandt im mündlichen und schriftlichen Ausdruck; Freude daran, die Kund/\-innen ins Zentrum des Wirkens zu stellen
  • Flair für die Aufbereitung von Informationen und Daten/Kennzahlen sowie Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement; erste Erfahrungen mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden und Organisationen wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse einer Amtssprache und passive Kenntnisse einer zweiten
