**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der National- und Ständeratswahlen 2027 * Begleitung Revision Gesetzgebung politische Rechte * Unterstützung des Fachbereichs für politische Rechte im Tagesgeschäft (Anfragen, Vorstösse, etc.)

**Ihr Profil**

* Fortgeschrittenes oder bereits erfolgreich absolviertes Master-/Bachelorstudium, vorzugsweise in Rechtswissenschaften * Sehr gute Kenntnisse des öffentlichen Rechts und des politischen Systems der Schweiz und des Kantons Bern * Rasche Auffassungsgabe und selbstständige Arbeitsweise * Hohe mündliche sowie schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und idealerweise auch auf Französisch

**Über die Staatskanzlei**

Das Amt für Regierungsunterstützung und politische Rechte (ARP) ist Stabsstelle des Regierungsrats und Verbindungsstelle zum Grossen Rat. Das ARP erbringt zahlreiche Dienstleistungen, u. a. beglaubigt es Dokumente und organisiert die Durchführung von Wahlen und Abstimmungen. Weiter werden die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Regierungsratssitzungen und die Bearbeitung von Rechtsfragen im Zuständigkeitsbereich der Staatskanzlei durch das ARP sichergestellt.

Die Staatskanzlei ist eine vielseitige Dienstleisterin an der Schnittstelle zwischen Politik, Verwaltung und Öffentlichkeit. Sie ist Stabsstelle des Regierungsrats und Verbindungsstelle zum Grossen Rat. Dabei plant, unterstützt und koordiniert sie die Tätigkeit dieser Behörden und erbringt zahlreiche Dienstleistungen für die Verwaltung und die Bevölkerung.
