Description du poste

Intégré au sein de notre département Patrimoine et sous la responsabilité de notre Conservateur des Savoir-Faire, votre mission principale sera de remettre dans leur état d'origine les montres historiques des clients de la marque ainsi que les pièces de la collection du Patrimoine. Dans ce cadre-là, vos responsabilités principales seront de : 

  • Restaurer des montres anciennes et des pièces du Patrimoine dans leur état d-origine, tant sur le plan fonctionnel qu-esthétique
  • Établir les devis et réaliser la création ou restauration d-outillages et composants nécessaires à la remise en état de garde-temps anciens
  • Préparer des pièces du Patrimoine destinées aux expositions
  • Présenter l-atelier, les savoir-faire horlogers historiques et les techniques de restauration aux visiteurs du Musée et lors d-événements en Suisse ou à l-étranger
  • Documenter les processus de restauration, gammes opératoires et bonnes pratiques pour assurer la transmission du savoir
  • Transmettre les connaissances techniques au sein de l-atelier et accompagner les apprentis ou stagiaires

Qualifications

  • Titulaire du diplôme de Technicien ES en Microtechniques, orientation restauration et complications horlogères ou d'un titre jugé équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans ce domaine
  • Passionné par votre métier, vous faites preuve d-une grande dextérité et créativité
  • Autonome et rigoureux, vous êtes doté d'une bonne capacité d'analyse de problèmes et recherche de solutions
  • Doté d-un fort esprit d-équipe, vous êtes de nature calme et à l-écoute
  • Votre sens de l-excellence vous permet de réaliser un travail sur des montres de très haute de gamme
  • Enfin, vous avez des bonnes connaissances en anglais (y compris technique) et maîtrisez la suite Office
