Afin de compléter l'équipe de la Pépinière Les Bornaches, le SEVE recherche un ou une Horticulteur ou Horticultrice pépiniériste à 100% Votre mission et vos responsabilités \- Effectuer les travaux horticoles relatifs à la multiplication, à la culture et au conditionnement des végétaux ligneux d'ornement, selon les directives du contremaître ou de la contremaîtresse. \- Assurer les tâches nécessaires à la production de végétaux de qualité, dans le respect de l'environnement, jusqu'à leur plantation définitive. \- Participer à la gestion des installations techniques et surveiller les installations automatisées assurant la climatisation des serres, l'arrosage et l'éclairage. \- Collaborer au service de maintenance et de piquet, en fonction de l'organisation interne et des besoins du service. \- Participer à la transmission du savoir et à l'encadrement des apprenties et des apprentis, des stagiaires et des collaboratrices et collaborateurs non qualifiés. Votre profil \- Être titulaire d'un diplôme en horticulture ou d'un CFC d'horticulteur ou d'horticultrice option pépinière ou d'une formation équivalente. \- Justifier de plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire. \- Disposer d'un permis de conduire valable. \- Disposer d'un permis machiniste M1\. \- Bénéficier d'une formation nacelle et d'un permis M2, un atout. \- Faire preuve d'habileté, de polyvalence et de sens de l'observation. \- Avoir une bonne forme et la capacité à travailler seul ou seule, ou en équipe, et à l'extérieur par tous les temps. \- Assurer le service de piquet, y compris le week\-end.
