Afin de renforcer l’équipe de notre pépinière, nous recherchons des horticulteurs·trices passionnés·es, à la beauté des végétaux, aimant partager son savoir et accompagner la clientèle au cœur de notre jardinerie.

Vos missions :

  • Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner notre clientèle dans le choix de plantes et articles complémentaires
  • Assurer l’entretien et la mise en valeur des végétaux : arrosage, taille, soins et présentation
  • Gérer les commandes clients ainsi que le suivi et l’organisation des stocks
  • Contribuer activement à l’ambiance conviviale et à l’attractivité de la pépinière
  • Partager vos connaissances et transmettre votre passion des plantes à notre clientèle

Votre profil :

  • CFC d’horticulteur·trice, pépiniériste ou formation équivalente
  • Excellentes connaissances des végétaux et véritable intérêt pour le domaine horticole
  • Une expérience en jardinerie, pépière ou dans la vente constitue un atout
  • Sens du service, aisance dans le contact et plaisir à conseiller la clientèle
  • Autonome, responsable avec le goût de l’initiative
  • Esprit d’équipe et envie de contribuer activement à la vie de la pépinière
  • À l’aise avec les outils informatiques

Conditions du poste :

  • Contrats à durée déterminée (périodes de 5 à 6 mois)
  • Taux d’occupation de 100 %
  • Entrée en fonction dès le 1er février 2027 ou à convenir
  • Lieu : Gland (VD)
  • Travail les samedis, ainsi que lors des ouvertures spéciales (dimanches et jours fériés)
