Januar 2027 Stellenbeschrieb Die drei Schulen Lätten in Fällanden, Bommern in Pfaffhausen und Buechwis in Benglen, die in den drei Dorfteilen der Gemeinde angesiedelt sind, bilden zusammen die Schule Fällanden. An unseren Schulen unterrichten und betreuen rund 250 Lehrpersonen und Mitarbeitende über 1'200 Schülerinnen und Schüler. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in den Tagesstrukturen Buechwis in Benglen suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Hortleiter/in 100 % Einsatzzeiten: Montag bis Freitag: 09:00 - 18.00 Uhr Ihre Aufgaben Pädagogische, organisatorische und personelle Leitung des Hortes Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Betreuung und Förderung der Kinder im Hortalltag Führung, Begleitung und Entwicklung des Betreuungsteams Verantwortung für die Planung und Organisation des Tagesablaufs sowie der Ferienbetreuung Gestaltung eines wertschätzenden, sicheren und entwicklungsfördernden Umfelds für die Kinder Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Schule und weiteren Fachstellen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie Qualitätsstandards Verantwortung für administrative Aufgaben wie Budgetkontrolle, Dokumentation, Essenbestellungen, usw. Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der Tagesstrukturen Aktive Mitarbeit in der Kindergruppe sowie Sicherstellung einer bedürfnisorientierten Betreuung Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation von altersgerechten Freizeit-, Spiel- und Förderangeboten Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung, Kind Abgeschlossen Ausbildung im Bereich Führung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der schulergänzenden Kinderbetreuung Hohe Sozial-, Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz Organisationsgeschick, Belastbarkeit und selbständige Arbeitsweise Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Entscheidungs- und Handlungskompetenz Gute Kenntnisse in administrativen Aufgaben und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern sowie an der Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Fachpersonen Ihr Start bei uns Interessiert?
