Wir sind eine Tagesschule im sehr vielfältigen Herz von Zürich! Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Hortleitung in einem Team mit einer Fachperson Betreuung und einer Schulassistentin.

Aufgaben ##

  • Leitung des Tagesbetriebes (Pädagogik, Haushalt, allgemeine Organisation, Administration) eines Kleinhort der Schule Aussersihl
  • Betreuung von Kindern im Mittag- und Abendhort im Alter von 4 bis 6 Jahren
  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung von Kindern mit besonderen Bedürfnissen und Sonderschulkindern in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leitungsteam, SSA, HP und Lehrpersonen
  • Angemessene Elternarbeit
  • Mitarbeit im gruppenübergreifenden Betreuungsangebot während der Schulferien
  • Mitwirkung bei Schulanlässen und in Arbeitsgruppen der Schule

Profil ##

* Motivierte, offene, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit positivem Menschenbild * Eigenständiges und selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten * Flexibilität sowie sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit * Belastbarkeit und hohe Flexibilität in der Zusammenarbeit * Lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung in der täglichen Arbeit * Interesse und Bereitschaft in einer sich verändernden schulergänzenden Betreuung mitzuwirken * Bereitschaft, ein Arbeitspensum von 60% an vier Wochentagen (Mo, Di, Do, Fr) zu leisten * Abschluss als Sozialpädagogin FH oder HFS; Sozialarbeiterin FH oder HFS; Hortleiterin; Kindergärtnerin; Lehrerin der Volksschulstufe (CH); Universitätsabschluss mit Hauptfach Sozialpädagogik, Pädagogik oder Erziehungswissenschaften; Kindererzieherin oder Kindheitspädagogin HF * Bei Bewerbungen mit einem ausländischen Diplom / Fachausweis muss eine Schweizerische Diplomanerkennung zwingend beigelegt werden *
