Aufgaben ##

Als Fachperson sind Sie an 4 Tagen pro Woche für Schülerinnen und Schüler der Unterstufe oder Mittelstufe zuständig. Sie arbeiten im Team mit Fachpersonen Betreuung zusammen und werden im Verpflegungsbereich und in der Betreuung durch Betreuungsassistenzen unterstützt. Ihre Ferien beziehen Sie in der schulfreien Zeit. Genaue Angaben zu den Arbeitszeiten können bei einem persönlichen Gespräch mit der Leitung Betreuung besprochen werden.   Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:  

  • Förderung und Unterstützung der Kinder in ihrem Entwicklungsprozess und ihren Sozialkompetenzen
  • Führen von grossen Kindergruppen, sowie Elternkontakte
  • Hauswirtschaftliche und administrative Arbeiten
  • Vertiefte Zusammenarbeit mit den Lehrpersonen im Rahmen der Tagesschule 2025 (regelmässiger Austausch, gemeinsame Anlässe, Teilnahme am Klassenrat, etc.)
  • Mitarbeit im Ferienhort und an schulfreien Tagen

Profil ##

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit (FH /HF) der sozialen Arbeit, ein Lehrdiplom oder ein vergleichbares pädagogisches Studium (allen ausländischen Diplomen und Fachausweisen ist zwingend eine schweizerische Äquivalenzbestätigung beizulegen)
  • Lehrabschluss als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung oder Kleinkindererzieher/in EFZ erforderlich (allen ausländischen Diplomen und Fachausweisen ist zwingend eine schweizerische Äquivalenzbestätigung beizulegen)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Kindern (schulergänzende Betreuung, Kinderkrippe, Heim)
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Lehr- und Betreuungspersonen
  • Flexible, motivierte und ausgeglichene Persönlichkeit, mit Freude am Umgang mit Personen verschiedener Kulturen, sowie Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit im Schultea
