Relais du couple d'hôtes, tu es l'interlocuteur privilégié des organisateurs et des participants

Tu assures l'accueil individuel de participants francophones et internationaux

Tu renseignes, identifies, reconnais, aide et orientes

Tu es présent sur le terrain pour t’assurer que tout soit en place et chaleureux pour nos participants

Tu assures la fluidité des évènements sur site en préparant et mettant à jour tous les documents permettant de diffuser les informations à l'ensemble de l'équipe

Tu traites les courriels par ordre et transmets les informations aux personnes concernées
