Responsabilités : - Assurer la propreté et l’hygiène des espaces communs, y compris les escaliers, halls, couloirs, vitres et plafonniers - Nettoyer et désinfecter les chambres des étudiants, en veillant à leur bon état et à leur confort - Entretenir les bureaux et salles de classe pour offrir un environnement de travail propre et agréable - Assurer le nettoyage régulier et approfondi des sanitaires pour garantir des conditions optimales d’hygiène - Gérer l’entretien, le lavage et le rangement du linge ainsi que des uniformes selon les normes en vigueur - Manipuler correctement les machines et équipements de nettoyage, en respectant les consignes d’utilisation - Assurer l’entretien courant du matériel et signaler toute anomalie ou panne - Appliquer les bonnes pratiques de tri et de recyclage pour réduire l’impact environnemental des activités de nettoyage - Signaler immédiatement tout problème rencontré (détérioration, matériel défectueux, incident, etc.) aux personnes responsables - Effectuer un nettoyage approfondi des locaux à chaque fin de semestre pour une remise en état complète des espaces - Appliquer rigoureusement les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité pour garantir un environnement sain et sécurisé pour tous - Encadrer et superviser les étudiants lors de leur atelier pratique en housekeeping, en veillant à leur apprentissage des standards et procédures de l’entretien hôtelier - Évaluer et suivre les performances des étudiants en enregistrant leurs évaluations, absences et progrès, tout en leur fournissant des retours constructifs pour favoriser leur développement professionnel - Maintenir une collaboration étroite avec les instructeurs du Rooms Division, en assurant une communication fluide et un suivi efficace pour garantir la cohérence pédagogique et l’alignement des apprentissages pratiques avec les exigences académiques - Apporter un soutien opérationnel sur les différents campus selon les besoins

Profil et expériences : - Scolarité obligatoire achevée - Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral (niveau B2 minimum) - Expérience préalable dans le nettoyage et l’entretien des locaux (hôtel, résidence, école, bureaux, hôpitaux, etc.) - Expérience à former des jeunes - Connaissance des protocoles de nettoyage et des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité - Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à communiquer avec les autres services - Permis de conduire un atout
