Go4HR – der Spezialist für HR-Fach- und Führungskräfte – sucht dich für eine vielseitige Position im HR-Umfeld eines etablierten Unternehmens, befristet bis 30. April 2027 mit Option auf Festanstellung. Start: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

Das sind deine Tätigkeiten

  • Du hältst im HR die Fäden zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass administrative Prozesse rund um die Mitarbeitenden reibungslos laufen
  • Du kümmerst dich um Bewerbungen und begleitest Kandidat:innen durch den Recruiting-Prozess
  • Du erstellst Arbeitszeugnisse und sorgst für eine saubere und professionelle Dokumentation
  • Du unterstützt bei administrativen HR-Themen und übernimmst dort Verantwortung, wo dein Team dich braucht
  • Du bist Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte und findest auch für kleinere Herausforderungen pragmatische Lösungen
  • Du arbeitest mit HR-Systemen und digitalen Tools und bringst dich bei deren Weiterentwicklung ein

Das erwarten wir von dir

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im HR abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst bereits mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung aus der operativen Personalarbeit mit
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, exakt und organisiert – auch wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig auf deinem Tisch landen
  • Du kommunizierst offen und gerne mit unterschiedlichen Menschen
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten und denkst gerne einen Schritt weiter
  • Du bist eine unkomplizierte, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt und gerne mit anpackt
