Enerprice ist ein unabhängiger Energietreuhänder mit Sitz in Root D4\. Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden in den Bereichen Energiebeschaffung, Energieeffizienz, Dekarbonisierung sowie Controlling und Reporting. Mit datenbasierten Lösungen und fundierter Expertise begleiten wir Unternehmen auf dem Weg zu einer wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Energiezukunft.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und selbstständige Persönlichkeit, die unsere HR\-Administration zuverlässig betreut und unser Team in administrativen HR\-Themen unterstützt.

Aufgaben

  • Personaladministration von Ein\- bis Austritt
  • Administration von Absenzen und Personalmutationen
  • Unterstützung im Recruiting\-Prozess
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung des monatlichen Lohnlaufs
  • Unterstützung bei Jahresendarbeiten und allgemeinen HR\-Themen

Was wir erwarten

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Personalwesen, z. B. HR\-Assistent/in, von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Personaladministration
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
