Das Wesen deiner Tätigkeit: ###

  • Personaladministration entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei HR-Administrationsfragen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Bestätigungen und Arbeitszeugnissen
  • Pflege von Personal- und Stammdaten
  • Bewirtschaftung der HR-Systeme UKG, Swiss Salary
  • Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten
  • Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen

Die Basis deiner Leistung: ###

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung in der Personaladministration
  • Weiterbildung im Personalwesen von Vorteil (HR-Assistentin / HR Sachbearbeiterin o.ä.)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Genauigkeit
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte und wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • Interesse an HR-Systemen und digitalen Prozessen
