Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen aus der Gesundheits- und Life-Sciences-Branche mit einer etablierten HR-Organisation und einem eingespielten Team. Für die Zeit von Oktober 2026 bis voraussichtlich März oder Mai 2027 suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten und genauen Arbeitsweise, die gerne vernetzt denkt und sich in einer administrativ geprägten HR-Rolle wohlfühlt.

Job Description ##

  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen sowie Vertragsänderungen und -ergänzungen
  • Verantwortung für die administrative Abwicklung von Ein- und Austritten
  • Erstellung von Einarbeitungsplänen für neue Mitarbeitende
  • Selbstständiges Verfassen von Zwischen- und Arbeitszeugnissen
  • Unterstützung bei Lohnmutationen sowie beim jährlichen Lohn- und Bonusprozess
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Personaldaten
  • Unterstützung im Rekrutierungsprozess inklusive Inserateschaltung, Interviewkoordination und Bewerbermanagement
  • Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei administrativen HR-Fragen
  • Unterstützung bei Systemanfragen
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Personaldossiers
  • Erfassung von Unfallmeldungen (SUVA)
  • Betreuung des HR-Postfachs sowie allgemeine HR-Administration

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Personaladministration
  • Erfahrung entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
  • Sehr genaue, detailorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an administrativen und wiederkehrenden Aufgaben
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und hands-on Mentalität
  • Vernetzte Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus und/oder Workday von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
