Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Betreuung und Abwicklung sämtlicher administrativer HR-Prozesse vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Erstellung von Personal- und Sozialreportings sowie weiteren HR-relevanten Auswertungen
  • Verantwortung für die gesamte Mitarbeiterkorrespondenz und administrative Personalbetreuung
  • Pflege und Verwaltung verschiedener HR-Systeme wie SAP HCM, SuccessFactors und DocuSign
  • First-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen rund um die eingesetzten HR-Systeme
  • Mitarbeit in lokalen sowie internationalen HR-Projekten
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Prozesse
  • Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung administrativer HR-Abläufe

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Personalwesen, beispielsweise als HR-Assistent/in oder Personalsachbearbeiter/in
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der HR-Administration
  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP HCM
  • Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors von Vorteil
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, offene und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung, Digitalisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen
