Zur Unterstützung unseres HR-Teams an unserem Hauptsitz in Hochdorf suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als HR Assistant (50%).

Dein Beitrag zum Erfolg ##

Als HR Assistant bewegst du dich routiniert und mit Freude im gesamten HR Life Cycle und übernimmst dabei die Verantwortung für alle personaladministrativen Aufgaben. In unserem dynamischen Umfeld kannst du deine Vielseitigkeit und dein Organisationstalent vollumfänglich einsetzen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Erstellen aller Dokumente des HR Life Cycle
  • Stammdatenpflege in unseren Systemen
  •  Die Rolle als Praxisbildner für die KV Lernenden im HR, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Verantwortlichen Berufsbildung
  • Pflege der Dokumente im Qualitätsmanagementsystem und auf unserer Intranetseite
  • Erstellen von Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung in der internen Kommunikation
  • Gelegentliche Mitarbeit in Projekten oder bei Events

Bist du bereit? ##

 

Du passt besonders gut zu dieser Rolle, wenn du Folgendes mitbringst:

  • Erfahrung als HR Assistant oder in einer vergleichbaren HR-Funktion
  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Mündliche Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse
  • Ein Flair für digitale IT-Systeme
  • Teamspirit und Humor
