In dieser vielseitigen Funktion unterstützen Sie insbesondere im Bereich Rekrutierung und übernehmen je nach Erfahrung und Eignung zusätzliche Aufgaben in der Personaladministration. Die Position bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihre HR-Erfahrung gezielt einzubringen und ein bestehendes Team im Tagesgeschäft tatkräftig zu unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben: Unterstützung des HR-Teams bei sämtlichen Rekrutierungsaktivitäten Mithilfe bei der Erstellung und Publikation von Stelleninseraten Unterstützung bei der Vorselektion von Bewerbungen und im Bewerbermanagement Koordination und Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Bewerbenden Unterstützung bei weiteren HR-Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft Bei entsprechender Eignung und Erfahrung Übernahme von Aufgaben in der Personaladministration Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung/Weiterbildung im HR-Bereich Erste Berufserfahrung im HR, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Flexibilität für Einsätze von Montag bis Freitag Das dürfen Sie erwarten: Eine abwechslungsreiche und vielseitige temporäre Tätigkeit im HR-Bereich Ein Pensum von ca. 50 % mit flexiblen Einsatztagen von Montag bis Freitag Arbeitszeiten von 08:00 bis 17:00 Uhr Einen Einsatz von mindestens 4 Monaten, sicher bis Ende Jahr Die Möglichkeit, Ihre Rekrutierungserfahrung aktiv einzubringen Ein professionelles und kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld Ein attraktiver Stunden- bzw.
