Firmenbeschreibung Die SENN AG ist in den Geschäftsfeldern Stahl- und Metallbau, Blechtechnik, Notstromanlagen, Kran und Transport tätig. Am Sitz in Oftringen erbringen unsere rund 200 Mitarbeitenden starke Leistungen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Du bearbeitest die gesamte Personaladministration in allen Bereichen des HR-Lifecycles inklusive der dazugehörigen Korrespondenz.
  • Du bist die Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende in allen Fragen rund um das Anstellungsverhältnis.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess inkl. Erstellung der Inserate, Bewerbungsmanagement, Terminkoordination, Gesprächsführung und Kontaktpflege mit den Bewerbenden.
  • Du unterstützt die HR-Fachfrau beim Erstellen diverser Statistiken und Erhebung aller HR-relevanten Kennzahlen.
  • Du erfasst Krankheits- und Unfallmeldungen und verarbeitest die eingegangenen Taggeldabrechnungen.
  • Du betreust die Lernenden im KV-Bereich, führst Monatsgespräche und bringst sie sicher durch ihre Ausbildung.
  • Du unterstützt die Buchhaltung bei der Vorbereitung der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung.
  • Du hilfst mit, unsere Arbeitgebermarke im Rahmen unserer Employer Branding Projekte zu stärken.
  • Du arbeitest in zukunftsgerichteten HR-Projekten mit.
  • Du erledigst diverse administrative Aufgaben, unter anderem das Führen der Kasse in CHF und EUR.

  • Selbständige, exakte Arbeitsweise und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
