Das sind deine Hauptaufgaben: - Administrative Betreuung des gesamten Employee Life Cycles – von der Rekrutierung über den Eintritt und die laufende Personaladministration bis hin zum Austritt - Unterstützung im Rekrutierungsprozess (Publikation von Stelleninseraten, Terminkoordination, Korrespondenz mit Bewerbenden) - Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Bestätigungen und weiteren HR-Dokumenten - Pflege und Verwaltung der Personaldaten sowie der digitalen Personalakten - Mithilfe beim Monatsabschluss im Polypoint PEP und weiteren administrativen HR-Aufgaben - Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei administrativen HR-Fragen - Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen - Administrative Bearbeitung von Unfällen und Langzeitabsenzen

Folgende Eigenschaften zeichnen dich aus: - Grundausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in der Pflege - Zertifikat als HR-Assistent/in - Erste Berufserfahrung in der HR-Administration von Vorteil - Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten - Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team - Muttersprache Deutsch, stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksform - Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen - Kenntnisse des Polypoint PEP von Vorteil
