Vos tâches

  • Traitement administratif des dossiers du personnel attribués (déclarations d'accidents, modifications de contrats, mutations, etc.)
  • Interlocuteur pour les questions administratives dans les dossiers attribués
  • Gestion des dossiers du personnel
  • Assurance qualité de la base de données RH
  • Rédaction de certificats de travail
  • Élaboration d'analyses
  • Rédaction des documents délégués
  • Soutien à l'équipe RH dans ses activités

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale achevée (EFZ) et formation complémentaire en tant qu'assistant(e) RH
  • Expérience professionnelle en administration RH
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Passion marquée pour l'administration RH
  • Grand sens du soin, travail autonome et structuré
  • Capacité rapide de compréhension et de synthèse
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation amicale
  • Disponibilité pour travailler sur site le lundi et mercredi (optionnellement lundi et vendredi)
