Zur Unterstützung von unserem HR- Team in Menziken AG suchen wir dich als:

HR-Assistentin Payroll & Sozialversicherungen (m/w/d), 60-80%

Das sind deine Aufgaben • Mitarbeit bei der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung und Kontrolle der Lohnläufe. • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Personalstammdaten im HR-/Payroll-System (Eintritte, Austritte, Mutationen). • Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen zu Lohn, Sozialversicherungen und Arbeitszeitmodellen.

Case Management • Selbständige Bearbeitung und Koordination von Absenzfällen (Krankheit, Unfall, Mutterschaft, Militär etc.). • Schnittstelle zu Mitarbeitenden, Vorgesetzten, Ärzten, Versicherungen und Behörden. • Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses und Einhaltung von Fristen. • Proaktive Betreuung der betroffenen Mitarbeitenden.

Zeiterfassung & Abwesenheiten: •Kontrolle von Zeit- und Abwesenheitsbuchungen gemäss Vorgaben. •Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen zur Zeiterfassung sowie Durchführung von Korrekturen und Auswertungen.

Daten, Listen & Auswertungen: • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken. • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel (z. B. SVERWEIS / Pivot-Tabellen / Grundformeln).

Zusammenarbeit & Weiterentwicklung: • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Buchhaltung, Produktion) sowie externen Partnern (Versicherungen, Behörden). • Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung im Bereich HR-Administration und Payroll.

Das bringst du mit Fachliche Voraussetzungen: • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung. • Ausbildung als HR-Assistent:in (HRSE). • Erste Praxiserfahrung im HR, idealerweise bereits in der Payroll-Abwicklung. • Grundkenntnisse in Sozialversicherungen und im Arbeitsrecht und Interesse, sich hier weiterzuentwickeln

Soft Skills & Mindset: • Hands-on-Mentalität– du packst an, übernimmst Verantwortung und arbeitest lösungsorientiert. • Lernbereitschaft: Wenn du etwas nicht weisst, willst du es verstehen, nachfragen und dir neues Wissen aneignen. • Hohe Serviceorientierung in der Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Vorgesetzten. • Genauigkeit, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit bei sensiblen Themen. • Freude an Zahlen, Strukturen und digitalen Arbeitsprozessen. • Teamorientiert, offen, positiv – ein Mensch, mit dem man gerne zusammenarbeitet.
