Gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden, einem etablierten Unternehmen in der Region Thun, suchen wir nach Vereinbarung einen HR Berater / eine HR Beraterin 80-100%. Der Arbeitsort ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie betreuen einen definierten Geschäftsbereich ganzheitlich entlang des Employee Lifecycles und übernehmen insbesondere Verantwortung für die Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Führungskräfte beraten und unterstützen Sie kompetent in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen und stehen gleichzeitig den Mitarbeitenden als vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson zur Seite
  • Veränderungsprozesse begleiten Sie aktiv und wirken bei unterschiedlichen HR-Projekten sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Instrumenten und Konzepten mit
  • Gemeinsam mit weiteren HR-Fachpersonen stellen Sie eine professionelle Personaladministration sicher und tragen zu effizienten sowie reibungslosen Abläufen bei

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und eine Weiterbildung als HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer beratenden HR-Funktion bringen Sie mit und fühlen sich in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften sowie Mitarbeitenden sicher
  • Sie verfügen über ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, denken vernetzt und entwickeln aus unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen praxisorientierte sowie nachhaltige HR-Lösungen
  • Eine dienstleistungsorientierte, belastbare und kommunikative Persönlichkeit sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office runden Ihr Profil ab, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
