**Deine Rolle -- Sparringpartner:in, Mitgestalter:in, Brückenbauer:in** In dieser Schlüsselrolle begleitest du unsere Führungskräfte entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle. Du berätst, hinterfragst, unterstützt -- und packst dort an, wo es gerade nötig ist.

**Das erwartet dich**

* Führungskräfte beraten, begleiten und stärken -- souverän und auf Augenhöhe, auch in komplexen und anspruchsvollen Personalfragen inkl. Absenzmanagement * Arbeitsrechtliche Sicherheit bieten -- bei Vertragsgestaltungen, Verwarnungen oder Trennungsprozessen bist du die fachliche Instanz * Veränderungsprozesse aktiv begleiten und den kulturellen Wandel mittragen, du bist nicht nur Berater:in sondern auch Change Agent * In HR-Projekten und Initiativen mitarbeiten, inklusive Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der HR-Prozesse * Administrative Aufgaben und \<\\> zuverlässig und effizient erledigen

**Das bringst du mit**

* Fundiertes HR-Fachwissen: Du bist sattelfest in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer beratenden HR-Funktion, sicher im Umgang mit Führungskräften und in komplexen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht; Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsrecht sind von Vorteil, insbesondere im Kontext von Absenzmanagement * Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick * Sehr strukturierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten -- administrative Sorgfalt ist für dich selbstverständlich, kein notwendiges Übel * Pragmatismus, Lösungsorientierung und eine gute Portion Humor * Freude an Projektarbeit sowie die Bereitschaft, HR aktiv mitzugestalten und bestehende Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln
