Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen mit einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld. Die Zusammenarbeit im HR-Team ist direkt und lösungsorientiert. Für einen Interim-Einsatz von drei bis fünf Monaten suchen wir eine erfahrene Person als "HR Beraterin / HR Berater 80-100%". Sie erhalten schnell Verantwortung für Ihren eigenen Betreuungsbereich und können Wissen direkt anwenden. Der Eintritt ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung (schnellstmöglich). Den Einsatzort, welcher in der Agglomeration Bern liegt, erreichen Sie vor allem mit dem Auto gut und profitieren von kostenfreien Parkplätzen. 

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • In Ihrem Betreuungsbereich beraten Sie mehrere hundert Mitarbeitende sowie Führungskräfte bis auf Executive-Stufe
  • Anspruchsvolle Mitarbeiter- und Konfliktgespräche führen Sie gemeinsam mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
  • Bei Reorganisationen und Teamveränderungen begleiten Sie Führungskräfte beratend und praxisnah
  • Unterstützen Sie die jährliche Lohnrunde und beraten die verantwortlichen Linienvorgesetzten bei fairen und marktgerechten Entscheidungen
  • Sensible HR-Fälle bearbeiten Sie selbständig und bringen dabei Ihr arbeitsrechtliches Wissen gezielt ein

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der HR-Beratung und sind im Umgang mit Führungskräften versiert
  • Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen beraten Sie lösungsorientiert, verbindlich und mit dem nötigen Fingerspitzengefühl
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen Ihnen auch sensible Gespräche in beiden Sprachen
  • Ein internationales und dynamisches Umfeld entspricht Ihnen, zudem arbeiten Sie gerne eigenständig und praxisnah
  • Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors ist willkommen, für diese Interim-Position jedoch keine Voraussetzung
