Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Ihren Zuständigkeitsbereich, beraten Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende und gestalten unsere HR\\-Arbeit aktiv mit. HR\\-Bereichsverantwortliche/Bereichsverantwortlicher 80% \\- 100% Ihre Aufgaben \* Gesamtverantwortung für den HR\\-Lifecycle im eigenen Zuständigkeitsbereich, unterstützt durch unsere engagierte HR\\-Administration \* Beratung und Betreuung unserer Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen \* Aktive Weiterentwicklung von HR\\-Prozessen sowie selbstständige Übernahme von Projekten, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Employer Branding und Digitalisierung \* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von HR\\-IT\\-Systemen Ihr Profil \* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im HR\\-Bereich (mindestens Stufe HR\\-Fachfrau / HR\\-Fachmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) \* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise als HR Business Partner \* Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung \* Versierter Umgang mit MS\\-Office\\-Anwendungen und eine Affinität zu digitalen HR\\-Systemen \* Dienstleistungsorientierte, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein \* Freude daran, Dinge anzupacken und pragmatische Lösungen zu finden Ihre Chance Mit Ihrem Stellenantritt am 1\\.
