HR Business Partner (H/F)

Votre rôle

En tant que Senior HR Business Partner, vous êtes un véritable partenaire stratégique des directions et des responsables hiérarchiques des différentes sociétés en Suisse romande. Vous les accompagnez dans l'ensemble de leurs enjeux RH et contribuez activement au développement de l'organisation.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

Conseiller les directions et les cadres sur l'ensemble des problématiques RH, aussi bien stratégiques qu'opérationnelles. Piloter les principaux processus RH, notamment en matière de recrutement, gestion des talents, succession et développement des collaborateurs. Intervenir sur des situations individuelles complexes et apporter votre expertise dans les domaines du management, du droit du travail et des relations professionnelles. Accompagner les évolutions de l'entreprise : changements organisationnels, transformations, intégrations et opérations de croissance externe. Soutenir les managers dans la gestion des conflits, des séparations et des questions liées à la santé au travail. Participer activement au recrutement de spécialistes et de cadres, notamment pour des fonctions stratégiques. Concevoir et piloter des projets RH transversaux en collaboration avec les différentes entités et sites du groupe. Définir et mettre en oeuvre des plans d'actions RH adaptés aux besoins des sociétés accompagnées. Contribuer aux projets et initiatives RH déployés à l'échelle du groupe.

Votre profil

Vous disposez d'une formation supérieure en ressources humaines, psychologie, gestion d'entreprise ou dans un domaine comparable, complétée par une expérience solide dans une fonction de HR Business Partner.

Vous êtes notamment reconnu(e) pour :

Plusieurs années d'expérience dans un rôle de HR Business Partner au sein d'un environnement exigeant, structuré et en constante évolution. Une solide expérience dans l'accompagnement des directions et des cadres sur des enjeux RH variés. Une bonne maîtrise des thématiques liées à la gestion des talents, de la performance et au développement organisationnel. Une expérience concrète dans l'accompagnement du changement et la conduite de projets RH. De très bonnes connaissances du droit du travail suisse et une réelle aisance dans la gestion de situations sensibles ou complexes. Une excellente capacité de communication, de conseil et d'accompagnement auprès d'interlocuteurs de différents niveaux. Une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'allemand, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
