Pour notre client, une entreprise suisse active dans le secteur du transport et intégrée à un grand groupe national, nous recherchons un·e HR Business Partner à 50 % pour accompagner ses sites en région lémanique et Valais.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous conseillez et accompagnez les responsables et collaborateurs sur l-ensemble des sujets RH
  • Vous gérez le processus de recrutement de A à Z, de la rédaction des annonces aux entretiens
  • Vous prenez en charge l-administration du personnel, de l-entrée à la sortie
  • Vous accompagnez les managers dans les situations RH plus complexes et les mesures disciplinaires
  • Vous mettez en œuvre les processus et politiques RH et contribuez activement à leur amélioration
  • Vous agissez comme partenaire RH de proximité pour plusieurs sites en Suisse romande

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez d-une formation spécialisée en ressources humaines et de plusieurs années d-expérience dans une fonction RH généraliste ou HR Business Partner
  • Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et disposez au minimum d-un niveau B2 en allemand à l-oral
  • Vous êtes à l-aise aussi bien dans le conseil aux managers que dans les tâches RH opérationnelles et administratives
  • Vous êtes disposé·e à vous déplacer entre les différents sites et disposez du permis de conduire ainsi que d-un véhicule
