Vous occuperez un rôle clé d'accompagnement des managers et des collaborateurs sur l'ensemble des enjeux RH opérationnels et stratégiques. Véritable partenaire de confiance, vous apportez votre expertise, votre capacité d'influence et votre vision pour soutenir les évolutions de l'organisation et le développement des équipes.

Concrètement ? #####

  • Vous accompagnez et conseillez les managers sur toutes les étapes du cycle de vie des collaborateurs : recrutement, intégration, développement, performance, mobilité, gestion des situations sensibles, réorganisations et départs.
  • Grâce à votre expertise RH et à votre capacité d'analyse, vous contribuez à la qualité des décisions managériales et favorisez un climat de travail performant et durable.
  • En collaboration avec vos collègues des Relations Humaines, vous participez activement à l'amélioration et à l'évolution des processus RH : rémunération, gestion des talents, formation, relève, mobilité interne, administration RH et pilotage des indicateurs.
  • Vous contribuez à des projets RH stratégiques et transversaux, notamment dans le cadre de la transformation et de la digitalisation des processus RH.
  • Vous participez aux réflexions liées à la planification des effectifs et des coûts et contribuez à l'alignement des ressources humaines avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Vous représentez les Relations Humaines auprès de différents interlocuteurs internes et externes et assurez une communication RH claire, constructive et impactante.

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation supérieure (Bachelor, Master ou Brevet fédéral RH) et d'une expérience confirmée d-au moins 7 ans en tant que HR Business Partner, idéalement au sein d'une organisation de taille significative.
  • Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise des pratiques RH ainsi que de solides connaissances du droit du travail suisse.
  • Reconnu-e pour votre leadership naturel, votre charisme et votre capacité à instaurer des relations de confiance, vous êtes un interlocuteur crédible et apprécié des managers.
  • Vous savez influencer, convaincre et accompagner les parties prenantes dans leurs prises de décision tout en faisant preuve de diplomatie et de pragmatisme.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans la gestion de situations complexes ou sensibles et faites preuve d'un excellent jugement ainsi que d'une grande discrétion.
  • Doté-e d'une forte intelligence relationnelle, vous adaptez votre approche à des interlocuteurs variés et évoluez avec aisance dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Vous combinez vision stratégique et sens opérationnel et êtes capable de conduire plusieurs projets en parallèle.
  • Votre maîtrise du français se complète par de bonnes connaissances de l'allemand.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les systèmes RH (Abacus notamment) et les technologies en lien avec l-intelligence artificielle.
