Nous te proposons le poste de :

HR Business Partner (F/H) 50 % Pour la gestion RH des collaborateurs/trices du service Chauffage.

Ton cœur bat pour les collaborateurs/trices de notre entreprise. Animé(e) d'une véritable passion, tu contribues à de meilleures conditions de travail, tu assures un haut niveau de motivation des équipes et tu es un partenaire de confiance pour les leaders de notre entreprise.

Des tâches variées te seront confiées : • Mettre en œuvre et piloter la stratégie RH au sein de ton secteur d’activité (approx. une centaine de personnes). • Recruter les nouveaux collaborateurs/trices et fidéliser et développer les talents internes. • Soutenir et conseiller les collaborateurs/trices et supérieur(e)s hiérarchiques en matière du cycle de vie en entreprise et de processus de changement. • Participer activement aux projets RH d'avenir. • Échanger régulièrement avec les autres HRBP et le HR Services en Suisse alémanique et collaboration étroite avec le support administratif RH et la formation sur place.

Tu nous conduiras au succès, si tu : • As une formation supérieure en RH (minimum brevet fédéral RH). • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire. • Des capacités relationnelles naturelles et une orientation service et solution innée tant par écrit qu’au téléphone, tout en ayant un sens de la confidentialité, de la négociation et un flair pour les chiffres. • Que tu sois autonome, efficace, pragmatique, de nature optimiste, multitâches, bien organisé(e) et apte à fixer des priorités et gérer les périodes de stress. • Excellentes connaissances en allemand et en français. Tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (minimum niveau C2). • Le 50 % idéalement réparti sur 4 à 5 jours.
