Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte Organisation im Gesundheits- und Dienstleistungsumfeld im Berner Oberland, suchen wir eine HR Business Partner 80-100%. Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie beraten Führungskräfte und Entscheidungsträger in sämtlichen Personalthemen und begleiten Mitarbeitende professionell bei unterschiedlichen Anliegen, Konflikten sowie gesundheitsbedingten Abwesenheiten
  • Den Rekrutierungsprozess betreuen Sie von der Stellenausschreibung über die Dossierprüfung bis zum Austausch mit Bewerbenden und unterstützen die Linie bei der Personal- und Ressourcenplanung
  • Gemeinsam mit dem HR-Team bearbeiten Sie Eintritte, Mutationen und Austritte, unterstützen bei Arbeitszeugnissen und Stellenbeschreibungen und stellen die Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben sicher
  • Sie übernehmen Aufgaben rund um Lohnberechnungen und Lohnläufe, unterstützen bei wiederkehrenden HR-Massnahmen und erstellen relevante Auswertungen sowie Reportings

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Personalwesen mit, vorzugsweise den eidgenössischen Fachausweis als HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen wird vorausgesetzt, wobei Kenntnisse aus dem Gesundheitswesen für diese Position einen zusätzlichen Vorteil darstellen
  • Sie arbeiten sicher mit MS Office und verfügen über Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen, zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Personalplanungs- oder ERP-Lösungen sind von Vorteil
  • Ihre selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise verbinden Sie mit analytischem Denken, Zahlenflair, Belastbarkeit sowie Freude an der Beratung und Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
