Nous recherchons un Partenaire Commercial en Ressources Humaines pour rejoindre l'équipe RH de notre client à Lausanne.

Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez les managers et les employés de plusieurs départements en fournissant des conseils experts sur les questions RH, en favorisant un environnement de travail positif et en contribuant au développement continu des processus et initiatives RH.

Principales responsabilités

\- Fournir un soutien proactif et des conseils aux managers sur le recrutement, la rémunération, les avantages, les relations de travail, la communication et la gestion de la performance.

\- Contribuer à un environnement de travail positif en prévenant et en gérant les conflits, en assurant un flux d'information adéquat et en identifiant les risques ou anomalies.

\- Soutenir les managers dans la structuration de leurs départements et la gestion des processus de recrutement en collaboration avec les équipes Développement des Personnes et Acquisition de Talents.

\- Guider les managers dans l'identification des besoins de développement et la mise en œuvre de mesures appropriées de formation et de développement.

\- Gérer le cycle de vie des employés en collaboration avec les Opérations RH.

\- Préparer des rapports, tableaux de bord et indicateurs clés pour aider les directeurs et managers à superviser leurs activités.

\- Collaborer avec d'autres Partenaires Commerciaux RH à la création, l'amélioration et la mise en œuvre des procédures et projets RH.

\- Participer à diverses initiatives RH et projets transversaux.

Profil :

\- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire de Partenaire Commercial RH.

\- Licence ou Master ; une certification fédérale en RH est un atout.

\- Forte capacité d'analyse et aptitude à synthétiser des problématiques complexes.

\- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, y compris la capacité à mener des conversations sensibles.

\- Esprit proactif avec une forte orientation solution.

\- Forte orientation client et capacité à établir des relations de confiance.

\- Solide connaissance du droit du travail suisse.

\- Compétences solides en numératie et en gestion budgétaire.

\- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français et en anglais.

\- La connaissance de Workday est un plus.
