Für eine Sabbatical-Vertretung suchen wir für 7-8 Monate eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als HR Business Partner. In dieser Rolle begleitest du unsere Führungskräfte und Teams kompetent, lösungsorientiert und mit einem guten Gespür für Menschen und Organisationen.

Idealerweise bist du auf November/Dezember 2026 verfügbar und kannst die Vertretung unseres Teammitglieds bis Ende Juni/Juli 2026 in dieser Rolle sicherstellen. 

 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften in allen HR- und Führungsthemen
  • Begleitung zentraler HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Life Cycles, insbesondere in den Bereichen Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance und Konsequenzenmanagement
  • Unterstützung von Change- und Organisationsprojekten sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der Umsetzung
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und HR-Initiativen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Arbeit
  • Vertretung von HR in verschiedenen Gremien und professionelle Schnittstelle zu relevanten Stakeholdern

 

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine HR-Weiterbildung, sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer beratenden HR-Funktion, idealerweise im chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und sichere Anwendung in der Praxis
  • Erfahrung in Change-Management sowie Talententwicklung und die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen mit Klarheit und Empathie zu begleiten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors und UKG PeopleDoc ist von Vorteil
  • Gut organisierte, speditive und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Lösungsorientierung und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
