Job Description ##

Business Partnering & Support à la ligne

  • Accompagner et conseiller les managers sur l'ensemble des problématiques RH liées à leurs équipes.
  • Soutenir les leaders dans la gestion de la performance, le développement organisationnel et la conduite du changement.
  • Challenger et accompagner les décisions relatives aux organisations, aux effectifs et à l'évolution des équipes.
  • Participer à la résolution des situations complexes en apportant des recommandations pragmatiques et orientées solutions.
  • Développer des relations de confiance avec les dirigeants et les managers afin de contribuer à la performance globale de l'organisation.
  • Fournir des analyses RH et des indicateurs pertinents pour éclairer la prise de décision.

Talent Management & Développement

  • Piloter les revues de talents et les exercices de succession au sein de votre périmètre.
  • Identifier les talents à fort potentiel et accompagner les plans de développement.
  • Conseiller les managers sur les parcours de carrière et les opportunités de mobilité interne.
  • Accompagner les collaborateurs dans leur évolution professionnelle et leur développement.
  • Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies de rétention des talents.
  • Contribuer au développement d'une culture de performance, d'apprentissage et d'excellence.

Performance & Engagement

  • Accompagner les campagnes de gestion de la performance et de définition des objectifs.
  • Conseiller les managers sur les plans de développement individuels.
  • Soutenir les initiatives visant à renforcer l'engagement des collaborateurs et l'expérience employé.
  • Analyser les tendances RH et identifier les leviers d'amélioration.

Transformation & Projets RH

  • Participer aux projets RH stratégiques et aux initiatives de transformation de l'organisation.
  • Accompagner les changements organisationnels en veillant à la qualité de l'expérience collaborateur.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et pratiques RH.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Centres d'Expertise RH et les équipes People internationales.

The Successful Applicant ##

Formation

* Formation universitaire en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie, Droit, Management ou discipline équivalente.

Expérience

  • Minimum 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en Ressources Humaines, dont plusieurs années en tant que HR Business Partner dans un environnement international mais en Suisse.
  • Expérience avérée dans l'accompagnement de managers et de populations cadres.
  • Forte expertise en Talent Management, développement des organisations et gestion de la performance.
  • Expérience au sein d'environnements matriciels et multiculturels.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur du luxe, du retail premium ou des biens de consommation haut de gamme constitue un réel atout.
  • Anglais et français courants.
