Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte Institution im Gesundheitswesen in der Region Emmental, suchen wir nach Vereinbarung einen HR Business Partner / eine HR Business Partnerin 80%. Sie erwartet eine verantwortungsvolle HR-Funktion mit viel Selbstständigkeit und Gestaltungsspielraum. Der Arbeitsort ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie beraten und begleiten Führungskräfte in sämtlichen strategischen und operativen HR-Fragestellungen entlang des Employee Lifecycles und stellen eine professionelle sowie vorausschauende Betreuung Ihrer Bereiche sicher
  • Bei anspruchsvollen Personalsituationen wie Konflikten, Trennungen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen stehen Sie beratend zur Seite und begleiten Führungskräfte bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Sie wirken bei Nachfolgeplanungen, Personal- und Budgetthemen sowie Veränderungsprozessen mit, analysieren relevante HR-Kennzahlen und leiten daraus gemeinsam mit den Verantwortlichen konkrete Handlungsmassnahmen ab
  • Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und Führungsinstrumenten sowie die Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten und die Übernahme eigener Fachthemen ergänzen Ihr vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen mindestens über eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im HR-Bereich auf Stufe Berufsprüfung, eine weiterführende Qualifikation auf Stufe FH wie CAS oder MAS ist von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer beratenden HR-Funktion sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht bringen Sie mit, Erfahrung aus dem Gesundheitswesen ist ein zusätzliches Plus
  • Sie verfügen über ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches und organisatorisches Verständnis, denken vernetzt und prozessorientiert und sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Eine hohe Selbstständigkeit, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie Gestaltungswille, Diskretion und eine reflektierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit zeichnen Sie aus
